Starting salary £37,160pa with potential progression to £39,974pa on achieving designated skills and experience
37 hours per week (hybrid)
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Transformation Team.
This role combines the responsibilities of managing improvement projects with the analytical skills of a business analyst. You need to be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with people at all levels across service teams, facilitating workshops for capturing information and championing change. Working closely with service teams and stakeholders, you will identify, analyse, and recommend business improvements, as well as support the management and delivery of projects.
The role is varied, and the successful candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to everything they do. They should be able to work well with a variety of people and have strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide range of audiences.
The role is hybrid - we are looking for somebody to work in our main office in Welwyn Garden City at least two days per week.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
