Starting salary £47,816pa with potential progression to £50,972pa on achieving designated skills and experience 

37 hours per week (hybrid working) 

Are you a Project Manager who’s passionate about making a real difference to your tenants? A fantastic opportunity has opened for a customer focussed Project Manager to join our Property Maintenance team.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we need a dedicated Project Manager to help us deliver this vision.

About the role:

As Project Manager within our Property Maintenance team, you will lead the delivery of the Council’s housing capital, planned, and major works programmes.

This includes managing commercial and contractual aspects of the service, developing strong partnering relationships, and driving organisational change.

Leading and managing a dedicated team, you’ll set high standards for performance in asset management contracts, as well as regeneration and stock investment projects. 

This role requires a presence on-site at least two days a week, with more frequent visits during the induction period.

About you:

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with a professional qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

You should have substantial experience at a senior level in property services, including staff management. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Your strategic approach and innovative ideas will help us continually improve our services.
