Starting salary £43,630pa with potential progression to £46,762pa on achieving designated skills and experience 

37 hours per week (hybrid working)

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking, dynamic council? Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Partnerships Manager to join our team.

About the role:

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of a performance monitoring and reporting service, ensuring our tenants and leaseholders receive top-quality services.

You’ll implement a stringent quality management framework and manage multi-million-pound budgets and contracts.

This is a highly data-driven role and as such you will need to lead your teams to deliver on meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include scrutinizing contractor performance, addressing quality concerns, and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll also manage and support the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring actions are customer-centred and timely.

About you:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a background in contract management or a related field. You should be proficient in data analysis and root-cause investigation, with a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong team management and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to plan and deliver improvement projects. You should be IT literate, financially astute, and possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

A genuine passion for customer service, coupled with the ability to converse effectively with the public, is crucial for this role.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
