Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast paced team. Providing a range of services to our tenants and leaseholders, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the team by providing a confidential, professional and compassionate administrative function to ensure our customers receive a high-quality service..

Role Responsibility

This is a key role and it will be up to you to provide a customer focussed, proactive, comprehensive and high quality administration service to support the delivery of the tenancy, neighbourhood and estate management functions to tenants and leaseholders across the borough. 

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be confident in using Microsoft Office software, be experienced in carrying out administration within a team setting and will demonstrate effective communication, organisation and record keeping skills. This is a role that has a lot of variety, but will be very rewarding enabling you to work with residents and local communities to make a real difference.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.

Package Description

Neighbourhood Assistant

Fixed Term to 31.03.2025

Starting salary £26,237 per annum with potential progression to £28,076 per annum on achieving designated skills and experience

37 hours per week - hybrid working
