Starting salary £35,853pa with potential progression to £38,667pa on achieving designated skills and experience
37 hours per week (hybrid)
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Transformation Team in delivering the Council’s Transformation Strategy, bringing an energy and ‘can-do’ attitude.
This role combines the responsibilities of managing improvement projects with the analytical skills of a business analyst. Working closely with service teams and stakeholders, you will identify, analyse, and recommend business improvements, as well as support the management and delivery of projects.
You need to be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement. Enjoy collaborating with people, facilitating workshops for capturing information and championing change. We are looking for a strong team player who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can communicate with a wide range of audiences.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
