Starting salary £41,992pa with potential progression to £45,089pa inclusive on achieving designated skills and experience 

37 hours per week (Hybrid Working)

Role Responsibility

What you will do!

You will manage your own patch, consisting of around 2000 properties. You take responsibility for working collaboratively with our contractors and Neighbourhoods team to ensure your patch gets the best possible service and all repairs are carried out in a timely manner to a high standard. You will be expected to attend site to scope out works on larger repair jobs and ensure that the tenants are kept up to date with ongoing works.

The Ideal Candidate

What will you need!

Formally qualified in Building Studies, you should be highly experienced in diagnosing building faults and providing cost-effective solutions. This will give you the ability to identify repairs, draw up specifications, make technical decisions and solve complex problems, and you should be knowledgeable regarding building standards and passionate about delivering customer focussed outcomes.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
